Two Weeks Left and Lot’s of News!

Taste of Potrero 2012 is quickly approaching and we’ve been working hard! So much news to report.

First, we’ve brought in the brand spanking new SOMA StrEAT Food Park to run our own street food park at the event! They’re corralling a bunch of awesome food trucks to sling their wares – exciting!

Next, the wizards at SF’s hottest design firm Ken Fulk Designs will be conjuring up the atmosphere in our VIP lounge! We’re hosting exclusive wines, a personal concierge service and other treats. VIP tickets are worth the extra cost, plus get an hour from 6-7pm.

Our bars are going to be hosted by the best mixologists in the city! We’ve got Comstock Saloon, The Homestead and we’re proud to announce that our 3rd and final bar will be hosted by Local Edition (the new project from the Bourbon and Branch team). We’ve also got few restaurant surprises we’ll announce next week. Needless to say, you won’t be disappointed by the food at Taste of Potrero!

Can’t wait to see everyone there. Tickets are available here, now! Get yours before we sell out.

Taste of Potrero 2012 is being held at the incredible SOMArts at 934 Brannan (that’s right next to the Trader Joes). The space is magnificent, PLUS they have an awesome outdoor space. And these days, that means FOOD TRUCKS!

We’ll be announcing the full lineup of trucks and restaurants by the end of the month. Tickets are going on sale soon for Taste of Potrero 2012. May 10, 6-10pm. SOMArts – 934 Brannan.

Hapa Ramen, Tacolicious & Skool Are Back!

We just began recruiting the restaurants for Taste of Potrero 2012 and are happy to report that three of our favorites were quick to sign on:

We’re so glad these superstars will all be back to show off their amazing culinary talents and to support public education.

More restaurant announcements to come. We expect to have about 15 restaurants and 6 food trucks to announce within the next couple of weeks. You are sure to be amazed at the quality of talent represented.
